You may think it's weird and makes no sense, but it pieces in during the semi-last and last episode. It's actually pretty cute. I mean come on, random guy telling her to get neked and then later on when theres a torrent of water running through the building, and everyone is screaming in terror, hes just sitting there spinning in the water laughing.
