1. Whenever a Pokemon is knocked out it is considered dead and must be released.
2. You may ONLY catch the first Pokemon in each new route.
3. No healing items outside of battle
4. SET battle style
5. All Pokemon must have a nickname (semi-optional, but still listed as a rule)
Pokemon centers can be used. Aside from that, all potions and stuff can only be used in battle.
