Evan can’t do it alone though. He’ll need help and that’s where you come in. From March 31 through May 4, 2010, you can take part in the Evan Level-up event. All you need to do is level up your Evan! When you reach level 20, talk to Maple Administrator who’ll shower you with Dragon’s Blessing. Then at levels 30, 50, 60, 70, and 80, you’ll receive awesome gifts from Cassandra that will fill you with the power of a dragon. They include a very special Dragon Glasses and special scrolls designed to make your new Glasses even more powerful!

The future of Maple World is going to be pretty amazing once Evan and Mir get going, so start leveling up now!

So level 20 = Dragon's Blessing Seems like a buff

So at level 30 you get the glasses
and the next 4 marks are the scrolls

20 levels less is nice, but I still don't know if I'd wear these over my Goggles. Southperry pride > 2 att. Sad

Maybe it's just me, but I think we're pretty lucky with this setup. There are no signs of platinum scissors or anything yet. And by the looks of it, we don't need to use those to transfer the glasses around at least. Works just like the Lilin's ring; only thing I'm happy about.
And on a side note, at least for the month... These glasses will make the Ludi PQ near extinct... o.o

wow this event is too short...only very few no lifes can train to level 100 in 1 month....most of us have a life out side of maple, this is not fair~!

Only need to get to level 80 apparently.

EDIT: Actually the v.84 Update Notes contradict this and says you need to get to 100 for them all. >_>

Yeah I was going to say the same thing. Nexon never know what is going on in their own game. There are a LOT of inconsistencies in the info they have given out.
