What stats do the scrolls you gain from the evan event give for each level bracket?

Nexon is kind of weird and their event is a little bit diferent
at lv 20 you probably get the glasses
at lv 30 you get allstas+1 scroll
the same for lv 50
at lv 60 and 70 you get the magic atack and weapon atack scrolls

i think they just boosted up the levels by 1 bracket so that we don't have to get to level 100. what ends at 100, ends at 80; what starts at 30, begins at 20, etc.

What's the idea of making the attack scrolls 30%?
So I'm going to grind my tail off to get my Evan to 80, get the scroll - and it will most likely fail, leaving me to do it all over again (all in the space of a month - another change from the KMS version)?
