Because, the portals aren't meant to work, you could almost say it was planned. The map was obviously added, as it didn't exist in the data before the map, and it was edited so you can't use the portals, because if you tried using them without the other map, it'd try sending you there. The map wouldn't exist, so you'd get an invalid pointer and not be able to use your character. If the maps were there and portals left unedited.. you'd simply go to the next map. Confusing game you're playing here, Asiasoft. Smooth. And no, it isn't in GMS, that map isn't in our data.
