So with the release of wands and staves which (should) increase magical damage by 25% their Luk requirement for the level 70 and 130 wands, or rather lack there of, things have to change a bit. xP
So, what will happen? What kind of effect will they have on the game?

First of all. Mage section in the Training Center.
Second... the glitch makes it so that right now, there are no bonuses, so afaik, its just a regular staff or wand.
Might as well get a godly scrolled one with the same amount of money you probably spent for one of these.
