If you complate the Quest 10 times you get :

150 Speed
120 Jump
for 4 months

If you complate the Quest 20 times you get :

170 Speed
120 Jump
for 4 months

My new Spacecraft Ride - Slaking - 2010-03-19

It also has some kind of "dash" effect, if you double tap the button to right/left you'll get 190% speed and 121% for a few seconds. (Longer on level 2 I believe.)
And if you press the down button, it gives some kind of landing effect.

Darn, this thing sounds cool; and plus- it's got four months of usage. Had the Witch Broom and Balrog mounts had the same experation date, it would have been worth it; and it would have been even cooler to see these and all future event mounts have this "dash" feature.
