VLC has a converter built in it though going from what you get from youtube is a bit tricky normally have to convert to .ogg 1st then to .mp3

http://video2mp3.net/ is probably the best one I've ever used. You just put in the link, press download MP3, and it'll download the MP3.

Trying this one out right now. There's a MegaMan song I want from a specific video but couldn't find an MP3 version of it anywhere on the internet, except for Youtube. Thanks for the link! Testing this to see how it works!
