I have looked through ALL portals in the forest, and the only one I can't get to is the one is this picture. The one that is circled, is the portal that I have to get to, and the one marked with an X is the portal that leads to CK, or so I would assume?

Ditto. I've seen both (Its actually easy to navigate to Forgotten Path from Bent Tree, look on another thread), and I'm wondering how to get there.

Its more then likely another enterance to the big foot boss map(the main one).
At least thats where the other signposts took me(to evil rising).
Anyone figure out how to trigger the reactor(I'm assuming the firewood is a reactor) above the basecamp?

Whacking it, throwing stars at it, hitting up, jumping down, and dropping a phantom seed doesn't work.
