Cannot enter Neo City - Netto - 2010-02-22

Describe the problem. Be as specific as possible!:

Even though I have a Time Traveler's Free Pass, I cannot enter Neo City WITH a party. I have also heard that people with the Watch cannot enter as well.

EDIT: NOT A BUG! I just figured out that you need to talk to Han the Broker in Magatia 1st before you can enter. =O

Dont you have to be in a party of two?

I heard they patched it later in other versions so a single person party can get in, but it wasn't available right away.

I guess I should post a screenshot of it, but 2 things.

1. It said I only needed 1 party member.

2. I tried earlier with someone else and still couldn't enter.

Actually no, that's Time Traveler Pocket Watch and you use that to time travel.
The Andy's watch is in gray color.

I was in Neo City a while ago... its not broken. Another guy invited me into his party and took me into the first stage of it, but he wouldn't tell me how to get it done. iirc, there was something on the site about talking to Han the merchant in Magatia?

Yes, to go in Neo City by yourself you need to do some chain quests starting on Magatia. That explain why some people can't go in.

Okay, now I feel silly =X

I just remembered (a little after Takebacker commented) about Han the Broker. So, I went to Magatia, and what do you know! I get a chain quest 70+. I've done all the Magatia quests, so I know this is right.
