Cannot get past the character selection screen - Gamba - 2010-02-12

After selecting a character and entering the PIC that I've just set, nothing happens.
I've tried using the "start" button and it didn't do anything either.
Also, entering a wrong PIC doesn't prompt any message.

Any help would be appreciated Glitter

I tried another acc and it worked, so i guess that i'v already managed to forget the PIC.
is there any way to reset it via Email or something like that?

edit: i've entered a wrong PIC on the 2nd account and it did say that it's wrong.
so could it be that the 1st account is somehow f'd up?

This happened to me as well and fixed itself after an hour. I think they still have a few bugs they need to kink out with the new system. Sometimes my screen wouldn't move at all, other times I'd log on the character only to DC as soon as I spawn with an "Invalid Pointer".

If you want to reset your PIC, log onto Maplestory's site and go to your settings. There should be a "PIN or PIC restore" button there somewhere.

you can reset your pic when you log into the site and go to your info.

TY for info, I've reset the PIC, few hours has passed since then and i still can't access my account Sad
