Elemental weapons were really created for versions in which it was so expensive to ultimate that no non-super-rich archmages really trained with them. In our version, we have NLC potions AND these. Also, with elemental wands and without apples for other classes, archmage damage on bosses really isn't that bad.

I thought there would be Holy Wands/Staffs too, but Genesis seems over-powering enough now considering it has the 1.5 times elemental advantage on the best training mobs plus its better speed compared with the other two ultimates'.

What bothers me on those wands, is they are Lukless.
I mean, aren't Lukless mages overpowered enough? Why do they get Level 130 weapons with a higher base matk AND an elemental boost, let's not talk about how their magic attack is higher than normal-LUK mages by their lack of LUK... This is just plain unfair. And stupid.

It says .75 for other elements so a Bishop could use a Lightning staff since it looks a bit Holy.

only reason a bishop would use one is if 25% of their magic attack was equal to the gain in magic from the wand/staff o_O.

The entire magic system is broken enough already. The Dragon Staff is just only a slim margin better than the Wooden Staff, and only because it allows you to take advantage of higher levelled equips without wasting points in LUK. There's really no reason for mages to get LUK anymore, at least in terms of maxmizing magic.
