I'm happy for this change. Hopefully this will lead to an increase in customer service response. It just needs more polish. For example, when I go to http://support.nexon.net/ , I don't see the other traditional parts of the Nexon homepage. Also, I hope they will populate their knowledge base soon. I'd give them at least a month before this becomes any sort of operational.

I backed up all of my tickets when this was announced and requested everyone else do so as well. I doubt anyone did, but yeah, I saw this coming.

By the time I saw the announcement, it was already down and I had no way to retrieve them. The thread was posted here a little less than 5 hours before they took it down, and I guess I just wasn't around. Hopefully they will return at some point.

No, I saved screenshots of all my images (better than text files in terms of validity). I still felt like pointing out that they were gone though.

A duplicate of my ticket regarding getting hacked got created.
1 remains in escalated State with A GM assigned to it and 1 is open.
