Okay, I want to dedicate this thread to indie games that we know, and some that we've yet to discover.

Up to this point I've played quite a few naming:

- Cave Story

- An Untitled Story

- Tower Of Heaven

- Banana Nababa

- Hikkikomori RPG

- Yume Nikki

- A targ adventure

- Nelly Cootalot

Indie games are definitely great. They take what makes games good, replacing astonishing graphics we see in games nowadays with clever gameplay, well-thought stories and great ideas. I cannot say I don't like them.

Only played Cave Story and Yume Nikki out of those. Both are incredible-beyond-words games.

Are any of the others worth checking out? Can they compare?

Think you're hardcore, Southperry? Every time I get killed in this game, I hit my plantain with a hammer. If there's no physical pain involved with losing, why even bother trying?

Well from my own experience: Tower of Heaven, An Untitled Story and Nelly Cootalot are excellent games. Tower of Heaven is a quickie. An Untitled Story is a huge metroidvania game, and NC an old school graphic adventure. I'd gladly recommend you to play them.

I forgot about IWBTG. I can't get past Tri Boss though.

Also, forgot about:

- Don't Look Back (this is a quickie too)

Great game too.

There is a great Indie Game database on wikia courtesy of /v/ too:
