Error Code: -2147467259 - SolicShooter - 2010-02-03
As of last S/C I get this error code (-2147467259 not further described) when I try too start the game. I'd like too know if anyone else has ever had this error code or is having problems logging in as well. A possible explanation may be that yesterday I tried too download this new game called mu online from heroesland.net suggested by my friend.
Under the download requirements there stood that you may need too update your driver and I thought: ''Why not, can't hurt, can it''?. Well I pressed nvidia, automatically searched for updates and started downloading. Later when I returned too my computer there was some kind of error and it said that it would revert back too it's old state with restarting.
I shut down the computer and next morning I turned it on again. The resolution changed and I got a message of new hardware, some kind of video cable :O?. Windows asked me too look at it and I simply said yes. Later that errored out on me too and now I get this new hardware message everytime I log in. I also noticed that when I'm browsing for example southperry and try too scroll down it refreshes at a very slow pace unlike before. when I try too scroll fast it's like a laggy maplestory.
I appreciate anyone who could help me on this issue and again I'd appreciate it if it would be done in simple steps since I'm dutch, 15 and don't know a lot about technical things. I look forward too your anwsers
PS: I redownloaded maple, didn't work sadly.
EDIT: I forgot too add that I tried system restoring, which after failing suggested me too use another restore point which failed also... and I tried updating my graphic driver again but the automated search failed this time...
EDIT2: I searched for viruses with kaspersky and malwarebytes' anti-malware but found nothing and problem isn't fixed.
EDIT3: I was able too download the new hardware thingie and supposedly everything is fixed now
