Okay, I've gathered a bit of money now, and I'm going to upgrade my computer. Basically, I'm going to change everything but sound system, screens and HDDs.
The setup I've decided to go on is the following:

GC: XFX Radeon HD5850
MB: Asus M4A79T Deluxe
CPU: Amd Phenom II X4 965 3.4 GHz BE
CPU-fan: Noctua NH-U12P
RAM: Corsair 8 GB XMS3 (4 x 2GB)
PSU: Corsair TX 650W
Cabinet: Corsair Obsidian 800DScratch off the fact that I'm going with a AMD-processor (I'm going to get an octo-core whenever that comes out), is the PSU good enough for an overclocking of the CPU to 4.0 GHz and another GC (same type)?

HD5850's max power draw is somewhere around 180W, I think. So you should be fine, even with two. Probably. Maybe go one step higher with the PSU, although I think it'll be fine.

Yeah, it's 170W. I'm thinking about getting a 750W for like 20 more bucks - it can be used in the future, you know. I'll probably hang onto a 750W, unless there's absolutely no need for it. (Someone comment?)

If you're willing to yeah, might as well get the 750W PSU just to be on the safe side. Plus it gives you a little bit of room if you want to upgrade something or add a bunch of harddrives.
