When did they implemented a tax for Frederick? - IllegallySane - 2010-01-15

I retrieved some mesos from my Mush Shop, and I clicked too fast because I didn't think there was anything interesting, but my eyes caught "7%". Is there a tax now for Frederick to hold your items/money for you? If so, it sucks for anyone who have their shops open during a server check and sold a lot of stuff. Double taxation ftl.

He taxes you if you leave mesos with him for more than a day.

Did you have it in Frederick for 7 days?

If I remember right it's 1% a day.

Honestly? So technically I could forget my shop for 100 days, and Frederick would give me back nothing? :^|

Sometime when the time of the servers were changed to some crazy date, we found out that Frederick would not only give back nothing, but demands an amount of money to give your items back.

I don't know why, but I find it highly amusing. In a small way it encourages people to just close down their shops before a server check. Lord knows that 1% tax can mean a lot depending on what sold.
