I also needed a way to practice arms and legs... still hate drawing hands... Canyon Hunter Princess - Cyadd - 2010-01-05 Now that you mention it, that left hand does look crippled, but I guess the abundant breasts make up for it. Canyon Hunter Princess - Loose - 2010-01-05 Heheh, no one mentions stuff like that until I point it out. Interesting. Canyon Hunter Princess - Katie ♥ - 2010-01-05 I love your work (oviously lol). You're so talented =) Canyon Hunter Princess - Xiyuuna - 2010-01-06 Loose Wrote:Thanks! There is this book that was called "1001 Hands" or something, it was at the library in my hometown, I think I'll go back to check it out and "forget to return it" but it was a great reference for hands. I'd just either look through anatomy books or take stock photos of hands in certain positions because they can be a pain in the ass. My vice is foreshortening hands. I like what you have going there. The hand holding the axe is a bit rough but not the end of the world. Canyon Hunter Princess - Lost my Mind. - 2010-01-08 Nice drawing. Wish I could spend an hour in your mind, would be more of an inspiration than any art gallery. When I was including hands in drawings i'd take a pic of my own hand or a friends hand in the pose and angle I was after and used it as a guide. Not sure if that will be of any use to you, but for a novice like myself it was helpful. |
