So far, got all my 3rd job skills maxed, with Drain at 10, and shockwave at 24.
My question is, should i put the last 7 points into Flash Fist (currently 11) or into Drain.

I got max drain on my t breaker and its kinda good. Flash fist I got 0 in and shockwave should be utterly useless compared to dragon strike, no? It sure is crap compared to sharkwave anyway xP.

Drain unless you have something else unmaxed that's more important (basically anything other than dash, double fire, mp recovery, transform, and shockwave), assuming you're not a TB because cygnus shockwave maxes at 20.

I still use barrrel at 150.
You should have maxed drain and MP recovery in late 3rd job though.

Even if MP recovery is nice it's really only a meso saver. Drain is more useful, but still not the difference between a good bucc and a bad one.

I figure if i ever get to level 200 i can make that later with extra points or w/eI use too many pots to actually have mp recovery be useful to me, but i guess having level 1 mp recovery isn't that brilliant either o-o

Shockwave wasnt that bad of a skill before the speed change to blast. After that, i never really touched the skill. Its only on my keyboard for flashyness.
I went with 5 MP Recovery and ended Drain with 12. Idk how much ill used Mp Recovery, as my dial up makes it annoying when having to use pots and such.

you only have 11 flash fist
you only have 10 drain
...did you just randomly choose skills to upgrade? These two skills are the most useful skills until 4th job... and Drain is still used in 4th job..
