Scroll lock doesn't require the use of Fn (at least, not on my keyboard). Alternatively you can use Fn + Ins to Print Screen.

Mine does. :| There's Fn + Scr Lk or just PrtSc to Print Screen and paste in Paint but the latter's much more annoying.
This is just my keyboard, though. You'll have to show us what yours is like.
