Help Training 103 Ranger - Pokerman - 2009-12-21 I need some training help. I am currently a level 103 ranger and quite honestly, I don't know where to go from here. I trained on Typhons from level 90 - 103, and I don't know how much more I can take there. The pot usage is too heavy and it's just the same thing over and over. Now that leeching isn't nearly as present anymore, that option is gone. Newties parties at 105+ wouldn't be that great anymore because of the new party exp changes. Where could I possibly train these days? Any help is appreciated. Oh and if it helps, I have: Code: - Max StrafeHelp Training 103 Ranger - Michaels2 - 2009-12-23 At that level I found Typhons was still best for me. I tried Newties solo and Newties party around then. Newties parties were better than solo, but I think Typhons was better for me until about 112-ish. Other places I tried were: Gallopera (AR safe spot), Vikerola (lol I found Steelies), Nightshadows, Stormbreakers(Lower Ascent), Spirit Vikings, Himes (lol ow), uh yeah... I think that's about it near that level. Typhons, Gallopera party (for top), and Newties were the top ones usually. Help Training 103 Ranger - Xiyuuna - 2009-12-23 Be old school....go kill some gobies. Really I dunno, right now I'm training my level 86 at Time Temple perhaps you could head there also. Not sure where the new gen rangers train. Help Training 103 Ranger - Chibicross - 2009-12-30 newt solo is pretty close to typhons at that level. Also, for the top of gallos, just lure all the gallos, place a puppet and let loose. I would stay at typhons til 107ish, when you actually get invited to newt parties more often. I trained with a 105 hermit in a full party with and without a priest and he was getting about ~30%/hour on 1x. which is pretty amazing still. But yeah, I hated my 100s due to the lack of training places. I mainly stuck with Typhons during 80s-110s, then moved onto Crimson Guardians during 110s. I guess tough it out for 2 more levels at typhons? then move onto newt parties? Help Training 103 Ranger - Chibicross - 2009-12-30 SixtySevenFrogs Wrote:That is false. I was getting about 15%~/hour with the old party formula and the new one brought it down to about 10-12%/hour. I started doing newt parties after the leech change was implemented and the exp is amazing..at least compared to anything else I can train at at this point. |
