I can't find one.
I've done it on my aran (the only char I've bee messing with) and rewards are normally terrible but i got a Karstan so it may be worth doing?

Those Peng Peng Ice Bars are REALLY irritating. The luckiest I've seen so far is my schoolmate who got 2 Steel Polearms and 3 Karstans throughout the event. Me? Just a Karstan.
