Who do you think are the most emblematic artists of the last decade?
We'll be doing this with candidates. I'll take all the candidates posted and set a poll after a week. I'm willing to set a limit of top 10 or top 20.

Lady GaGa is definitely up there. And if we're not limited to American/English artists, my waifu, Ayumi Hamasaki is up there too. She rose to fame around 1998 and have been topping charts for the last 10 years.
