Well, we should see who doesn't have a guild yet. I know I don't. Also, you should refer to how much you can spend to create the guild(unless Hiep is willing to pay 1.5mill) or expand it, and the time(s) we could meet up to make it.
As for names, since we're all on Southperry forums, I don't mind a Southperry-oriented name, but it should be cool and unrelated at the same time.
