Does this thing only drop from the annoyed ones? 'Cause I just killed 300 of the required z mushies and got zip. And there aren't many annoyed ones around...

only annoyed ones. Best spawn is in Ant Tunnel IV, though Annoyed exists in all of the tunnel maps.
