Anyone know what the Santa Books and Candles are for?

Santa Books are for Rooney, you have to talk to the newspaper guy first. And if it's the same candles I am thinking about it's for the Gelt Chocolate quest which is done by going to Happyville and talking to Simon.

Different candles. They're little white ones with flames, not golden ones.
