Personally I have a fighter and I've decided to make another warrior this time going towards either the spearman path or the page path.
Which job do you reckon is the best and why?

every job has its ups and downs. its your story, so write it yourself. heres a couple tips:
wks dont get parties. dks do. saders ... middle.
hero's boss ability as an attacker slightly surpasses night lords. pallys get rejected. drk/dk is an hb mule, but that means you might get into horntail runs at 12x where the other 2 wont be there before 157.

Everyone always says NLs and BMs do the best single target damage, but everytime I see a high lvl hero, I think to myself, theres no friggin way anyone can outdmg this guy.
From what I hear tho, in KMS, heros are getting replaced by infighters.
@ thread starter, I'd go with hero or DK. both look equally fun to me.

I've played a crusader before and their damage is so friggin high with panic it's just simply scary O_O.

Panic damage is pathetic. Oh boy, one big hit. Followed by unstable powerstrikes, and another unstable panic hit where you're lucky if it hits anywhere near as high as your last.
Crusaders have the worst 3rd job and are pomegranate until 13x.

Definitely go page. spearmen have a harder time training second job as slow speed + unstability work against them. And if you cant train a fighter, you definitly cant train a spearman.

It depends on how far you plan on getting.
Out of the three warrior subclasses you're going to choose from...
-Fighters have the best 2nd job, Crusaders have a decent 3rd job, and they have a kick-ass 4th job.
-Pages? They're pretty much pomegranate until 4th job. A Paladin's 4th job is better than a Dark Knight's, but not as good as a Hero's.
-Spearmen are a pain in the ass until 3rd job, and they've got the best 3rd job by far. 4th job? Sucks. Major dissapointment.

To be honest, 2nd job has the advantage for spearmen. I've played all 3 classes to around level 60 and even though the Spearman wasn't the best geared, it was always the easiest to train. The longer range of weapons easily makes up for the instability.
You should think about why you stopped playing your Fighter, and then figure out which of the other classes could fix that. If you can't figure out what you don't like, keep playing the Fighter until you do know. There's no point talking about which 4th job is better if you're just not going to have the patience to get there, and at level 4x Pages and Fighters are 99% the same class.

I love my fighter (although I don't have that much time to take care of him righ tnow) and appreciate spearmen. I don't meet that many WK so I don't understand them much.

It just feels like the worst. Being a person playing all classes, I'd say that they're equally strong in 3rd (with leafre out) job. At least, they take about the same time to level.

O.O My DK always took less time to level than the WK, mostly at Wolf Spiders but a little bit of Himes too. Granted those are really good mobbing maps unlike anything Fire/Lightning charge can find, but DKs do better mob damage anyway.

I don't see why DK's are labled HBmule they still do good damage... not Amazing Hero OMG damage but hight damage none the less.
Hero's train as fast as pallys once Brandish is Maxed, so I would say Hero=Training/Boss.
Pallys are strong, they do have a hard time with elemental weakness since not to many monsters have them.

Did you level on kentaurs from lvl 90-95 on your wk? Or wyverns?
Edit: okay, I'll admit I trained all those classes to 140 before leafre/nlc was out, so it may differ somewhat. I felt that the output speed was the same, though.

Obviously , Fighter / Crusader / Hero , is the most powerful char in MapleStory , has a very good balance in MP/HP , high and fast damage (Brandish skill for example) , and the best skill
... COMBO! is awesome with lag (You can do panic/coma multiple times without lose orbs XP).

Panic and Coma are useless after... 122 I believe. White Knights would be a lot better if FA didn't pineapple their Slash Blast damage. I still personally prefer Paladins -> Hero -> Dark Knight
