Party Skill Configuration - 2147483647 - 2009-12-02
You get to move all your buffs around in various places on your screen. Drag them wherever you want.

You also get a UI that looks similar to the macro one, except it's just one vertical column going down.
Pretend this is it:

You can also move this UI around the screen. Now, if someone buffs you with something you don't like, you can move the buff into the UI, and nobody can use that skill on you.

I would think that would be annoying, due to the fact that everytime you turned on an apple, or some other pot, you would have to make sure people couldn't rage you.
And why wouldn't someone not want Heal?

Buffs don't cover anything with a higher amount/w.atk/matk anymore, iirc.
DrK's don't want heal, so they may remain in the berserker threshold (under 50% hp) and do more damage.
This is a good idea, because I hear too many DrKs bitching about me healing them.

He has more than enough HP to survive Zak, and HB'd 1/1s eat up his ship's hp much faster.
