I talk to Jade, and zombies is blaring like a red light. So im sitting here running around the zombie maps, killing, walking and holding up, as well as holding down the NPC chat button, and i havnt found a dam thing.
Someone want to clue me in to what the hell Im looking for here? X_X

You need a black scale, which drops from coolie zombies. It's probably better just to owl for it.

They need to have the quest remain in your active quest list, i had to go find it in completed to see what it said, and it was limited on details <_<
