i've seen a blue notice popping up in Kerning City. I guess they spawn in towns in the same way frogs and cats did.

The quest you get from prof. Foxwit gives the same info as we got from the first time commando turkeys roamed Maple, the deal with Dr. Krakia and the polis of Krakia and all that. I'm not sure if it is identical, but as I turned the eye in he said to keep training, because the coming storm will be tough. Mean if its just copy pasta crap.
