Hey maspan - Zephyr - 2009-11-23 Got any idea on how a PvE female launcher build would be? I'm 2 levels away from being 18, and I'm not sure how to raise my F Launcher... this is because I'm not sure if the female has the same set of skills as a male... i know for example that females "Jack Spike" is called Merilyn Rose... and it owns, but besides that I'm blank ![]() EDIT: I've also heard that the requirement for the awakening skill is different D: Hey maspan - MasPan - 2009-11-23 [color="#cc8899"]I'm not really sure on the differences between M/F Launchers, as most of my knowledge comes from in-game experience, but you can use my build and modify it to your own end. They have the same skills (barring awakening), but they work differently. If I'm going to use handcannons to maximize launcher skills... should i really get those ranger skills? or forget about everything but merilyn rose and get handcannon mastery? And which skills are worth maxing and which aren't? I'm not sure about that... I know steyr and laser are staples and must be maxed (or so i've heard) but the rest? like quantum bomb, extruder, etc. And the difference between the flamethrower and firepillar is damage and movement only? The Ranger skills are for PvP. Ice Bullets because I like ice. The general skills (phys crit) are a personal choice, because I like crits. 2. You can do without them, but not if you intend to PvP. Windmill or Mach Kick (at least 1 of the 2) is a necessity. 3. Quantum and Extruder scale very well damage/sp wise. They become your core damage moves, with Laser and Steyr being your primary attacks. Steyr hits multiple times for a Female gunner, and is quite useful because of that. Good skill to max. 4. Yes. Flamethrower does more damage, Fire Pillar has movement. Instead of maxing flame, would maxing bbq be better?, also, how much % of critical does the critical passive increase? hmm what else... yeah, what are the reasons to get windmill and punisher? windmill for spacing maybe... but punisher? Aerial lvl 4 for the extra shots right? but wouldn't it be good to get mach kick too?
