In English what they mean in summary :
1) If you do whatever you have done again, you have to pay 50.000 euros
a) they must refrain from providing odinMS.exe in v51 / 52 of the game "MapleStory" at odinms.de
b) they must refrain from providing servers, which makes it possible for others to connect through odinMS.exe
c) they must not run a forum that contains explanations how to connect to their server (see b)
d) they mustn't let others register for the use of their server and mustn't give out usernames & passwords for it
the last paragraph just says that the main infringement is that they released odinMS.exe to the internet and over other "distribution channels"

4) you (to odinms devs), have to immediately delete anything from odinms.exe from your computer, and write it to NEXON
7)show every declaration of commitment/obligation on odinms.de for the time period of 6 months(what they doing now on forum)
10)every change or addition of the declaration of obligation have to be in written form.
and number 6,which was cancel "there stands he has to pay for the damage done."1.250.000 euro."
after the person translated me what in this was in details really shocked me,this type of stuff can even make a person take go mental and physical unstable
and all this for a game call "MapleStory"..
