Did you draw this? It's awesome! Though you could try to bring out the goggles more a little, to make them more obvious.

It's a character model from the game City of Villains. While I don't play it much anymore, occasionally I get bored and see what sort of things I can flesh out with the character generator.
Generally it can make alot of things that are 90% close, but missing something (for example no overcoats or crossbows existed for "Rellik" here)
