what's the deal with this

Click it and find out? It tells you what it'll add, then ask for approval.

It should say which class its for when you hover over it with your mouse.

I think the top is for Brawlers and the bottom is for Gunslingers. It would probably be best to double check since the last tome I checked was at the beginning of the year.
