Bombacha is part of a traditional costume used in the southmost part of brazil, uruguay and argentina. It's a type of trousers made specially for horse ridding.

Boleadoras and the Felt Hat are part of the "set" as well.

Oh, really? Makes me wonder if they accidentally removed him. I was hesitant on getting him on my Outlaw, since I already have one on my Blaze Wizard. But it's just so cute, and I don't really find any other pets that I like. So, I guess I'll stick with getting him before its too late again.
