Have you ever had a dream in which you knew you were dreaming? What have you done in your dreams knowing that? Personally, I had experienced it once and only once. This was when I was a little boy who read a bit too much of Manga. I was by the time obsessed with Dragon Quest, and dreamed about being chased around by the Demon dude in hood, then I was like "wait, this can't be true" and that was when I actually knew, knew, dammit I knew I was in my dream. I believed it with a passion and it was quite a very special feeling. I don't remember what I did though. If only I could do that again.
Dream Manipulation. - Kawasari Mimoto - 2009-11-03 I once was in a dream in which I was in a virtual world, I was being chased by some kind of weird guy that had the power to warp to places and find me (imagine "The Matrix"), I suddenly realized I was dreaming, so as soon as I confronted the evil being, I used some weird ass power to 'freeze time'. Suddenly, I awoke in reality. Bad-ass dream! Dream Manipulation. - Kevo - 2009-11-03 I heard Lucid Dreaming takes lots of practice. Not quite sure how to regularly achieve awareness though but it has something to do with Dream Recall or writing a diary about your dreams. Also, you have to start questioning the "whys" of reality outside of the dream so you can more easily achieve dream awareness in your dreams... The thing about it is when I'm in my dreams, it feels like I'm watching a movie, and then it switches to real life without me knowing (heck, I don't even have a conscience by that time). Once you can start reasoning in your dreams that'll be successful enough, I think. Dream Manipulation. - Doxinator - 2009-11-03 I've been able to lucid dream a few times, but not often. Only when I'm on that fine line of the first stage of sleep and consciousness. I usually get my brain working too much, so it wakes me up. Dream Manipulation. - VladTheLvr - 2009-11-03 Once I learned how to do it.... I do it everytime now. Its awesome. Ever learned how to trick your enemies by falling off a building and then bursting up in the air to shoot them with various weapons? Fck yea. Dream Manipulation. - tzk221 - 2009-11-04 I used to be aware of my dreams when I was little. I could warp the dream to my liking and forced myself to wake up if I was having a nightmare. Sadly, it doesn't happen anymore. |
