the z.mush mini dungeon first comes to mind, then so does ant tunnel.

The place I've been hunting them at is the map before mushmom, as it has a spwan of both blue mushrooms and horny mushrooms, both of which have etc. items that I need for making 40 atk pots.
The map for mushmom should also work though Im not sure if you can hit all 3 ledges with ultimates.
Thing with the Ant Tunnel mini-dungeon is that the majority of the spawn there is zombie mushrooms, so horny ones are just "side spawn", meaning there arent as many as there could be.

Aren't they called Horned Mushrooms?
Anyway, a good place would be in the Ant Tunnels, or Tree Dungeons if you want to hunt Green Mushrooms at the same time.

If I am going to get both blue mushroom caps and horny mushroom caps, I usually head to Hidden Street: Blue Mushroom Forest. It isn't the best spawn rate but the map is easy to navigate and cycle through.
If I just want a lot of horny mushroom caps, I go to Victoria Road: Tree Dungeon, Forest Up North VII because you can use teleport for most of the map.

For just horny mushroom caps, I prefer the actual Mushmom map. Then I can kill her, too. ^_^
Hidden Street: Someone Else's House if you didn't know.
