stuck at base.wz - Pookie - 2008-07-31
I tried patching maple and it was stuck on base.wz so I uninstalled and tried to reinstall the game. Then, it kept giving me some error message "system could not read from the specified device" and I couldn't reinstall it. But after twitching some things I finally got it to download again. But now it's still stuck on base.wz again and I can't play
Help please

Download the New/Updated Setup/Client? The 0.58 one, not versions later (0.57-). It may solve your problem. Maybe when you Re-Downloaded the Client, you just downloaded the anterior versions. I think this occurs because your Base.wz is corrupted. However, just download the Updated Client.

What do you mean? I just downloaded the one from the nexon.net website. It should be the right client...

I mean, if you installed the one in Nexon.net website, you shouldn't be patching. It will just go In-Game.
