B> 10+ DEX/5 attack+ PAC - IllegallySane - 2009-09-30
It's about time I try to search for a cape that grants the best of both worlds: attack and DEX. Unsure about prices, but I had a guildie who got his 13 DEX/5 PAC price checked at ~550m-600m, so I'll work from there.
