This is a pretty noob question, but just wondering if repeating the glass shoe quest will count towards the medal, or once is enough.

Repeatable quests does not count, if so I'd have 3213414 completed.

Edit: Well, here's a bigger explanation:
If you complete a repeatable quest (only the first time), it counts towards the Quest Specialist Medal, and it also ends up in Completed Quests. But once it's Available again, it should NOT show in Available, but can still be started. If you start it, it will jump out of Completed and go into In Progress, but it still counts towards the Quest Count, if that's what you wanted to know.
Edit2: Other quests may have repeatable versions of it, such as the Masterian Bounty Hunters, which can count as a total of 2 quests. 1st time, and repeatable version.
Edit3: In short, a repeated completed quest does not negate your Quest Specialist count, but it can jump out of Completed, like I said.
