My Paladin also got stuck for about an hour when I went in the CS >_> go in, leave "unable to connect to server". Try to log in again, click character "Unable to connect to server". Every Bera character on the account was unusable for a while, I could get on Broa fine D:

As often as they change announcements after the fact it would be a serious mistake for anyone to assume that what was said is still what is still what's being said without using the link provided to actually confirm.
