quick maker questions - USMC - 2009-09-21
1) if I make something with just the basic recipes, no gems or stim added, the item will always come out average?
2) gems added has 100% chance to work?
3) using stim make the item possible to come out below/above average, and the range is same as if it were dropped from a mob?

1.) From what I've seen so far, probably not. It'll most likely come out average, but not all the time.
2.) Yes. Whether the Black and Dark Crystals do what you expect them to is another matter =P
3.) According to the Item Maker manual you receive when you get Maker skill level 1, the stimulator just makes it so the item will never come out below the base stats (shown when you mouse over the item's picture in the Maker UI).
