Lee Jung Hyun is probably unknown to many people who aren't techno/DDR fanatics. Her earlier work were pretty much all techno; the two most well known are Wah and Bakkwa. Both of which made it into DDR in... I forget what mix.

Her later stuff are more modern, more k-pop style, which I don't really like as much as the techno but I guess techno is pretty dead now.

Anyway [finally] getting to the point: towards the conclusion of 2009, Ava will be doing a single with Lady GaGa.

Previously, Lee Jung Hyun made her debut back in Japan in 2004. But its now 2009? Whats next for Lee Jung Hyun? The United States. Lee Jung Hyun will be releasing a single alongside Lady GaGa, who first met Lee Jung Hyun earlier this year when she opened for Lady GaGas show. Although she was only supposed to be the opening act, Lady GaGa has liked her so much, she decided to ask Lee Jung Hyun to record a song with her. The song is supposed to be released in late-2009, but the date is expected to change. The track is recorded already, and is suppose to be sticking to Lee Jung Hyuns techno/dance sound, much like her latest album, Avaholic, which came out this past May. This wont be Lee Jung Hyuns first time in America though. Her last music video, Crazy, was shot in California and was directed by the same person who has directed videos as the likes of Justin Timberlake and legendary Britney Spears. The photos were also shot when the video was recorded, and were shot by Ken Pax, who has done photo shoots for Carmen Electra, Matt Damon and much more.
Anyway, I'm really excited about this because Lady GaGa is a pop artist while Ava specializes in techno and pop and finally coming into the American market considering she's been a big hit in China and Japan with her Chinese and Japanese releases respectively.

Lee Jung Hyun isn't exactly known for amazing vocals, but more for her innovative performances and stage presence. I wonder if this single will be promoted very much?

Yeah, when you put two legends together, you're gonna either get epic fail or epic win but either way, it's gonna be epic. Kinda like Forbidden Kingdom, Jet Li + Jackie Chan. Epic fail but still epic.
Anyway, that pinky mic is pretty much... a part of the dance choreography for Wah lol. It's always there even if she already has like 5 mics attached to her head xd
