Let say I'm a bucc, am I able to make archer equips with my bucc?
Does "hands" really help?

You can only make items from your own job. For example, a thief can make both claws and daggers, but he can't make any other weapon.
Hands do help, but I haven't had too many items fail. However, when they do fail, you wish you had more hands.

How much would hands help tho? Like a AM with 800 hands vs a warrior with 50 hands.

Probably not a significant amount, considering how many equips you'd be making with stimulators (I heard it only affected stimulator outcomes).
