Auto-closing CD Drive? - Dual - 2009-08-31

I would like someone to explain to me why this is happening at least, even if they can't fix it. Basically, whenever I push the button to open the top CD drive on my computer (the one that can't write DVD's, which the lower one can do), it will open up for around one to two seconds, and then close itself. It does this no matter if there is a CD in the drive or not, which gets bad when i'm trying to put a CD in and it closes while i'm placing it, leading to the disk getting stuck halfway and then me having to push the button again to let it back out. If i hold the drive when it comes out, it doesn't close, but i feel it pull back towards the CPU with decent force. Anyone know wtp is going on, cause my CDs are crying. Goggleemoticon
