So nexon excluded KoC from getting MoN's? I thought they had forgotten to allow them in.
Considering how strong they're, if this is true, I see it as a good choice so they wont overpower too much regular adventurers.

Probably just an unforseen snag, since KMS doesn't have CWKPQ or World Tour. I doubt they will be let in anyway.

There are a ton of quests that aren't working for Cygnus right now (Jane and Wild Boar, Arwen's glass shoe, Sauna robe,etc etc.) because Nexon didn't put Cygnus Job IDs in for the quests that had lists of Job IDs (this is usually done to exclude Beginners.) I suspect there's a similar problem here, unless they specifically say something about you being a cygnus when you attempt entry. If it does, I'd like to see a SS of this because it would be rather surprising. I don't see any reason why they'd exclude them from it.

an aside:
Has anyone tried a teleport rock/family warp to get into that waiting room? It's possible that only the door is scripted to keep you out and that Jack may very well let you in if you can somehow get past the door.
