I've heard multiple rumors that since the patch was released, people have been unable to gift. Is this true?
The items trying to be gifted were usually Karma Scissors, but I hear it extends to other items as well.
So I guess my question is; did something happen in the patch that intentionally prevented the gifting of items, or was it just an accident?

I gifted Karma Scissors to a mule to get my KoC a helm just fine...Perhaps some people are glitched and others arent?
