Figure it this way - a 10% costs around 2-3m at the moment, and a 30% is roughly 12-15m. As of right now, the economy results in scrolled items being worth approximately 2/3 of the cost of making the item statistically. Basically, you profit from scrolling only by getting pretty lucky. While it would cost theoretically a lot more to produce the item, it simply won't sell as high. My initial range was actually low though, you may get as much as 50-60m for it. I personally can't afford to pay any higher than 50 for it. I'll go ahead and raise my offer to that, or I can offer some items for trade for it as well for less mesos.

Well, I'm gonna see if my friend wants to do anything with it, I'm guessing not, so I might be able to sell it for 50m. =)
