What I've been doing so far is abusing Storm Break, which has turned out to be much better than I originally thought. You just rush 6 windraiders into a corner and spam the skill and they can't fight back.
Having stealth to sneak up there in the first place is also a major plus :f6:
Maybe if I keep at it, I'll be level 70 before the end of next week, with no leeching at all. Most Excellent.

Well, when I had a x2 card and family x2 going, with the pendant at 30%..
I gained 3 levels in that time span. 3 levels in 30 minutes.
I'd say that's pretty sweet. I'm not leveling now though, too tired. But tomorrow, I'm really gonna tear it up

Cygnus classes are so ridiculously overpowered, soulmasters and strikers (maybe flame wizards too) don't even have enough acc to go to places where they could actually kill effectively. I could already 1-hit trojans at level 35 with level 1 blast, looks like I'll either be 1-hitting things to 3rd job or constantly missing things to 3rd job.

Yeah, its pretty crazy, at 37 I'm doing 3k on my soul master... I don't think I hit 3k on my fighter untill 5x or more...Yeah! First time I hit 4k was when I got my daiwa sword... =[
Thats pretty good exp there. I'd say keep it up! to bad I don't really get anything worthwhile for awhile now!

As overpowered as they are, they have a limit. They may be stronger on-par with Adventurers if you're comparing the both at the same level. They may grind faster because they get +6 AP per level, their skills are stronger, and they learn 4th job skills at 3rd job, etc.
However, one thing they can't do... is to get past 120. That's where Adventurers shines. Regardless, Cygnus is just a fun class. I don't know about you guys, but I'm only playing my Soul Master for fun, not because "omg i'ma make dis dexless and ks everyone at skeles, i'm so overpowered bwhahahahaa". <_<

Yeah. That's exactly why I chose to play a Cygnus: to cap at 120 since I don't think I can train further. I'm just a casually lazy player who won't make it to 130 or 150 so 120 is a good goal for me!

Something looks wrong in this picture. a level 49 requires 655200 exp to level up. You say you got 300% in 30 mins, or 30% in 3 mins, or simply 10%/min. 10% is 65,520 exp. Every one of these give you 1920 exp. Meaning in one minute, you are able to kill 34 windraiders, or 510k hp. what the pineapple, seriously. 500K DAMAGE IN ONE MIN? what the hell is your damage, 20k...?
