Polluted Rock Quest - Level limit? - mrcowcow - 2009-07-30
I'm finding something strange, and I'm wondering if there's a weird quest level limit on this. My 4x and 1x character are able to do the polluted rock quest. However, my Hermit isn't able to do it. My friend, 3 levels above me at 99, got the quest in a lightbulb, but since the patch, I haven't even got it at all. Is there some weird level limitation, or is some bug goin' on?

Heavily Pollutd is 61-90. I dunno if there's something higher.

Should be. Someone in another topic said that there was. I don't have any chars that high to confirm it exactly.

I dont think any of my chars can do it, which NPC do you talk to to activate it?
